On Saturday March 18, 300 members, family and friends of the department got together for the
8th Annual St. Patty's Day Bash at the Temple Fire Company.
The festivities included dinner and refreshments prizes
and plenty of dancing. Two authentic hockey jerseys from the recent Battle of the Badges game were chanced off. The proceeds from the police jersey will be donated to the Officer Michael H. Wise II foundation.
As always it was good to see all our friends again. Our special guests this year were six firefighters from the city of Reutlingen, Germany. We hope everyone had a great time, be sure to make plans
to come back and join us again next year. We are also going
to be celebrating Halloween later this year, October 21,
2006 to be exact, a chance to really let loose in your favorite
costume. More information will be coming later but mark your
calendars now for this event.
We want to thank
everyone for helping make this years Bash another success, including
the PG committee, Temple and all our wonderful guests. A
big thanks to all the Brothers who helped the C Platoon guys
out as well.
