Center Ave & Rockland Sts.
Eng11, Res1, M603, Car2 dispatched to Center Ave and Rockland St. for an MVA with injuries. Eng11 and Car2 arrived to find a 2 vehicle MVA with a female victim entraped. Due to Lad3/Sn1 being OOS, Car2 special called Eng9 for manpower. A 2nd Medic unit was called for the victim in the 2nd vehicle. Eng11 and Res1 went in service with various Hurst tools to remove the drivers side door and "B" post. The vehicle had sustained 10" of intrusion directly to the "B" post area trapping the driver between the seat and the "B" post. Once this evolution was complete the victim was packaged and removed to the Med unit for transport. An 1 3/4" safety handline was deployed from Eng11 by the Eng 9 crew. All crews were clear and in station within 52 min of the dispatch.
