Box 87 at 17:50 for 303 West Oley Street for a reported structure fire. Multiple Calls. Engines 11, 3, 9, 1, Lad. 1, Twr. 1, Res. 1, Cars 5 and 7, 2 Medic units. Car 7 on location reported 3 story MOR fire showing, working fire. Crews had line in service on third floor of residence. Victim reported by EMS, another unit is responding. Victim reportedly using torch during renovations. Fire was put under control within 20 minutes.
