A Platoon

priceriteBox 1761 was dispatched at 08:44 this morning for a fire in the rear of the Price Rite Market at 951 N 6th Street. Comm. Center received call from premise and later a fire alarm from that address. Engines 11, 9, 3, 1, Ladder 3, Ladder 1, Rescue 1, Car 2 and 8 responded.

Engine 11 arrived to find heavy smoke in a rear storage room & freezer area. An 1 3/4 line was stretched and fire was found to be controlled by the sprinkler system. Structure was ventilated. Two burnt plastic shopping carts with contents were removed from the structure. FM 10 is investigating. Units were on the scene till around 10:00.
