Engine 3, Ladder 1, Rescue 1 and Medic 601 were dispatched to 128 Elm Street for a possible Carbon Monoxide call early today. While en route, companies were advised that UGI was on scene and confirmed high CO and no response from occupant. After forcing the front window, a firefighters crawled inside and began a search for occupants after opening the front door to let the other crew members inside.

An elderly male was inside the dwelling and was oblivious to the incident. He was escorted from the building and taken to the hospital for evaluation. The building checked for air quality and was then ventilated. Companies were on the scene for about 45 minutes.
