5th & Chestnut "Confinement" Print E-mail

With training group II in the middle of bomb squad training, B platoon companies were dispatched to 5th & Chestnut streets for a car accident with entrapment. Car 3 passing through town, arrived first and confirmed 2 vehicles struck, with a traffic light down. With the report of entrapment, car 7 made a special request for Ladder 1 for manpower. The Rescue went in service making quick work of the driver's side door. The drivers was removed via backboard and transported to The RHMC Trauma Center. Other individuals were treated for minor injuries.
