While downtown companies were busy with an overturned vehicle at 9th and walnut dispatch requested the Rescue be freed for a possible entrapment at Hampden Blvd and Amity Street. An assignment was immediately sent consisting if Engine 9, Ladder 3, Medic 602, and the Rescue wich was allready responding. Engine 9 arrived to find a dodge neon on it's roof with no one inside the vehicle.
