FOP - IAFF Bowling Tournament
On Saturday April 26th members of the IAFF Local 1803 participated in the 45th annual Fraternal Order of Police and International Association of Firefighters Bowling Tournament held at Colony Park Lanes North in York, PA.
Firefighter Paul Lis and Lieutenant Mike Lessar competed in the Doubles Team and Singles Events and Firefighter Donnie Sassaman, Firefighter Paul Lis, Paramedic Nik Knauer, Rob Schaeffer and Lieutenant Mike Lessar also participated in the team event. This was a handicap as well as scratch bowling tournament and in the team event they finished 14th in the handicap division and 7th in the scratch division.
In the doubles they finished 14th in the scratch division and 57th in the handicap division. In the Singles division Lt. Mike Lessar finished 8th in the Scratch and 10th in Handicap and Firefighter Paul Lis finished 17th in Scratch and 43rd in Handicap. This tournament was sponsored by the White Rose Lodge #15 of York, PA.
