We have been following the construction process of the new South-West Station very closely over the past few months. I have drug many firefighters with me in my quest to keep up with the day to day progress. My recent visit has found the inside of the station to now have interior walls defining the living areas of the station.

The station is to be the future quarters of Engine's 5 & 14, although with ACT 47 & Fire Department cuts looming no one can really sure what companies will be housed here. The Liberty Station is slated to become the fire department museum
