More Photos

Winners of the Perry Apostolou Golf Outing with Local 1803 President Keith Eschelman and Nick ApostolouTwenty-Two Members took part in the inaugural Perry Apostolou 4/11 Golf Outing with a Partners Better Ball Tournament at Willow Hollow Golf Club. Nick Apostolou & Local 1803 President Sarge Eschelman handed out awards and prizes after the match. Team Witman/Lerch took home trophies for a best score of 73. Team Stichter received the coveted "Asshole" trophies for their high score of 97.

The Asshole Trophies will be passed along yearly in honor of Perry Apostolou and are much larger in contrast to the winners trophies. Kyle Johnson won prizes for the Longest Drive competition as well as closest to the pin on Hole 14. Ray Werts won 2 closest to the pins on Holes 3 & 9. Ray received $110 for Hole 9 and donated his winnings to the David Witmoyer family at the Reading Phillies home opener later in the evening.

Nearly 60 members & their families attended the Reading Phillies home opener in the Power Alley Pub. Local 1803 President Sarge Eschelman threw out one of the opening pitches in loving memory of Perry Apostolou, David Witmoyer, and Cheryl Brenheiser. Members of their families were in attendance with the Reading Fire Department Outing. A good time was had by all.

A special thanks to event coordinator Ron Frey, Nick Apostolou, Local 1803, Willow Hollow, and the Reading Phillies for putting together a memorable event.
