20:47 hours / 433 South 11th Street / Box#26 / D Platoon
Communications center reporting a kitchen fire. Car 9 arrived reporting smoke showing and confirming a working fire. A hose-line was stretched and quickly knocked-down the fire involving the 1st floor kitchen in the 2½ story middle-of-the-row dwelling. A stove-top fire extended to the cabinetry and into a void space above the ceiling. The fire was placed under control at 21:28 hrs. Searches proved negative.
