Companies dispatched for an electrical fire. Units on scene with a smoke showing from a 3 story row home. The fire was placed under control at 1058. The Fire Marshal's Office is investigating. One firefighter was taken to Reading Hospital for undisclosed injuries that were not life-threatening.
