1303 hours/ N 2nd Street & Buttonwood Street/ C Platoon-

Dispatch alerted E3 and L1 to respond to the noted address for a vehicle fire. Car 3 arrived on scene and reported a working engine compartment fire in a small pick up. E3 arrived shortly after and stretched a bumper line with a navy nozzle attached and knocked down the fire. L1 arrived and assisted with forcible entry and overhaul of the vehicle. While crews were operating at the scene, 2 vehicles drove around the blocking apparatus, drove through the active scene, and over our hose line. No injuries were reported and the fire is considered accidental.
