1255 hours/ 534 N 11th Street/ Box 101/ D Platoon-
Companies were dispatched to the above address for a dwelling fire with entrapment. Rescue 1 arrived on scene and reported a 3 story middle of row with smoke showing from the end of the block. Lt 21 reported 1 person was possibly unaccounted for after citizens attempted to extinguish the fire. Crews found a mattress in a crib smoldering that had extended into contents of the bedroom on the second floor front. A line was stretched and the fire was quickly contained to the room of origin. All searches were complete and came up negative. The OFM was called to investigate.

1355 Hours/ 1300 Block of Orchard Rd/ C Platoon-The rescue assignment was sent to the 1300 block of Orchard Rd for a male impaled on a fence. Medic 3 was in the area and quickly arrived on scene, confirmed the report, and started ALS treatment of the patient.
